Dr. Sajid Day has been practicing in the field of psychology for the last 12 years. He is
the founder of “Mansa- Child Development and Counselling Centre” located in Bharuch,
Gujarat. Also, he is a visiting consultant psychologist at various hospitals, institutes, schools and NGO’s. He has experience working with residents of jail and government agencies.
He has been ranked during his academic career. He ranked in his Post-Graduation from
Veer Narmad South Gujarat University; during a two-year full-time Diploma in Clinical &
Community Psychology (DCCP) he stood 1strank in The Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. He Completed his Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D) from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. He also completed his B.ed in Special Education certified by Rehabilitation Council of India. (RCI) Psychology is his passion which thrive him to be a Skilled Psychologist Making his passion into a reality; he started a multi-disciplinary psychological assistance center under one roof and became the founder of “Mansa- Child Development and Counselling Centre”. The center is unique itself as it caters to the psychological needs of a child to an adult. Dr. Sajid was the first person to open such a center in Bharuch region and provide one door solution in all possible ways. Mansa Center is an integration of occupational therapy, behavior therapy, speech therapy, remedial & special education and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), Mansa has a team of 25 trained therapist. His expertise in the field of mental health is not limited only to Therapeutic Alliance; he has also made a significant contribution to research and education. He has presented and published 6 research papers and also received an award for his best research papers. Dr. Sajid Day imparted his knowledge by conducting 500+ workshops, seminars, training workshops, and lectures on various psychological topics, issues, and concerns. He is also director of ‘Manosathi Foundation’ a nonprofit Organization working in Gujarat.
